Hily doesn't have access to your personal payment info, so we can't start or cancel subscriptions on our end if you signed up through the Apple Store or Google Play. Since all charges go through the Stores, you'll need to contact them directly for any payment questions. If you're on Android, you've got 48 hours after your subscription starts to contact Play Store support for a faster refund.
