Hily does not have access to users’ personal information (like credit cards) and can’t start or cancel subscriptions from our side if the subscription was activated through the Apple Store or Google Play Store. Since all of the charges are managed by Stores only, users should reach out to them for any financial questions.

Also, you have 48 hours to contact the Play Store support after your subscription has started, and they can process your refund faster.
Please note that IOS customers should only contact Apple Store support since we have no tools to process IOS users’ refunds.
