Hily does not have access to users’ personal information (like credit cards) and can’t start or cancel subscriptions from our side. Since all of the charges are managed by Stores only, users should reach out to them for any financial questions.
Refunds are possible only if you:
- Forgot to cancel your subscription in time, your free trial or premium subscription has been renewed (or you’ve subscribed accidentally);
- Contacted us before the subscription period ends;
- Haven’t used any premium features after the subscription renewed;
- Canceled your subscription already;
- Android user.
If you’ve followed these steps and it didn't help, don’t hesitate to contact our support team through the app (Hily Live Chat) or email (support@hily.com), and our team will help you solve this situation as soon as possible. Also, you have 48 hours to contact the Play Store support after your subscription has been started, and they can process your refund faster.
Please note that IOS customers should only contact Apple Store support since we have no tools to process IOS user’s refunds.
