Voice and Video messaging

Voice messages are available for you to communicate with other users instantly.  It makes your chat fun, and you can make your dialogue way more engaging than just texting.

In order to send a voice message, please:

• Navigate to the “Messages" section;
• Open the chat with the user you want to send the voice message to;
• Tap and hold the microphone and start speaking;
• Once finished, remove your finger from the microphone. 

The voice message will be automatically sent.

Please note that you need to wait for a second before speaking. Otherwise, the beginning of your message could not be recorded.

If you want to delete the voice message, tap and hold the message you want to delete, then choose “Delete."

To send a video message, you need to:

• Open Hily;
• Go to Messages;
• Open dialogue with a person to whom you want to send a video message;
• Tap the "Camera" button in the bottom-right corner to start recording your message;

IMPORTANT: video recording must be no longer than 2 minutes.

Make sure to allow Hily to use your camera and microphone. Check the permissions in your phone settings if the features don't work.
