How do I find and delete a chat?

You can find a chat with a specific user using the search bar at the top of the screen in the Messages section.

If you want to delete a chat with a specific person, please do the following:

For iOS:

• Open Hily;
• Go to Messages (second icon from the left, at the bottom);
• Find the chat you want to delete, swipe left, and tap “Delete” or “Unmatch.”

For Android:

• Open Hily;
• Go to Messages (second icon from the left, at the bottom);
• Find the chat you want to delete, press, and hold for a second;
• Tap “Delete” or “Unmatch.”

 IMPORTANT:

• When a user taps Unmatch, the whole conversation disappears for both parties.
• When a user reports another user, the whole conversation disappears for both parties, and they can’t get in touch anymore.
