There are some possible reasons for that happening:
- Check your profile - make sure you have chosen the correct gender during the registration period. If you see that the gender is incorrect, please get in touch with Hily Live Support.
- Check your filters in Finder (the button in the top-right corner). It could be that you have accidentally chosen the wrong gender.
- Check the profiles of the users that you see in Finder, it could be that they have made a mistake when setting up their account information and chose the wrong gender.
