Why can't I message a person that viewed my profile?

People who have viewed your profile are not your matches yet. To start a conversation with your viewers, you should get a match with them first. That means you have to "like" each other. If you do not want to wait for the match to appear, you can easily use a Major Crush feature (you can buy it in our "Profile" section (right-bottom button), get it as a Premium Subscription feature, or get it from the verification process).
