I forgot my password

If you forgot your password, please, do the following:

• Open Hily;
• Tap “Log In” button;
• Tap “Forgot your password?”;
• Enter your e-mail and tap “Next” in the top-right corner;
• We will send you a recovery e-mail (if you can’t find the e-mail, please check your Spam or Junk mail folders);
• Follow the instructions in the recovery e-mail to reset your password.
• Log in using your new password.

You should remember that password is set up for accounts that are created via email only. There is no separate password if you log in via Facebook/Snapchat/Apple ID, and if you register via Phone number, you will receive an auto-generated SMS code.
