How do I deactivate or delete my account?

If you want to pause your account:

• In the Hily app, go to "My Profile" (bottom-right corner)
• Tap Settings (top-right corner)
• Scroll to "Account"
• Go to "Manage account"
• Switch "Hide account" on (it'll turn violet)

Your account will go inactive, but you can reactivate it anytime. You can watch a tutorial on that here.

If you want to delete your account:

• Open Hily
• Go to "My Profile" (bottom-right corner)
• Tap Settings (top-right corner)
• Scroll to "Account"
• Go to "Manage account"
• Tap "Delete account" at the bottom, choose a reason, scroll down and tap "Proceed"

Your account will be fully deleted forever.

‼️ Hiding or deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription automatically! If you have a subscription, cancel it with Google Play or App Store, or hit us up at [e-mail]
