How do I deactivate or delete my account?

If you want to pause your account, please do the following:

Open Hily;

• Go to "My Profile" section (icon in the bottom-right corner);
• Go to Settings in the top-right corner;
• Scroll down to the “Account” section;
• Go to Manage account;
• Switch “Hide account” on (it should turn violet). 

Result: your account is not active anymore, but you can still activate it whenever you want.

If you want to delete your account, please do the following:

• Open Hily;
• Go to "My Profile" section (icon in the bottom-right corner);
• Go to Settings in the top-right corner;
• Scroll down to the “Account” section;
• Go to Manage account;
• Tap “Delete account” at the bottom, choose the reason, scroll down and tap “Proceed”.

Result: Your account will be fully erased, and you will not be able to restore it. 

You must remember that the deactivation or deletion of the account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
