How do I add a user to my blacklist? How do I remove someone from there?

To block a user, please do the following:

• Open Hily;
• Open the chat with the user;
• Tap on the the "  🚫 " button at the top-right corner of the screen and select “Block only”;

or

• Open Hily;
• Open the user’s profile;
• Scroll down and tap "Block or Report User";
• Click "No reason/block only";

Please note that you shouldn’t add a reason if you just want to add the user to your blacklist. If you do add a reason, our moderation team will get a report about this user, and we will check their profile and activity for violations of our guidelines. If you generate a huge number of frivolous reports (like “too old/young”, “just don’t like”, etc.), your account may get banned.

 To take someone off your blacklist, please follow these steps:

• Open Hily;
• Go to your Profile (icon at the bottom-right corner);
• Go to Settings at the top-right corner;
• Tap “Blocked accounts”;
• Tap the cross icon, and delete the user from your blacklist.

Please note that after unblocking a user, you will lose them as a match. However, you might see them again in the Finder or use a Major Crush to message them before unblocking to save the chat.
