How I can add a new credit card?

Please note that we have no access to your credit card information. All of the subscriptions and payments are managed exclusively by Stores. They have well-developed security systems that allow your personal information to remain safe.

To add/change/remove your credit card, you should update your payment details in the iTunes Store or Play Store.
