Why do I not have the option to use the Free Trial?

We currently do not offer a Free Premium Trial Subscription. However, we still offer a Free Boost Trial. If you’ve just created an account and the app doesn’t offer a Free Boost Trial Subscription, there are three possible reasons:

1. Your account information hasn’t been updated yet, or the offers have expired. Don’t worry—it will be updated tomorrow! Don’t forget to check it again later! The app will generate a personal offer that will suit you best.
2. You have used the Free Boost Trial in the past (on this or a previous account).

Even though we don’t offer a Free Premium Trial Subscription, the support team may offer you a Personal Promo Offer with a good discount. Get in touch with the support team via the internal chat tool to get more details ;)
