Are people in the app real? What if I spot a fake account?

We deeply care about the security of our users. Thus, Hily has multiple verification tools to ensure the safe use of the application.

We provide full access to the app only for real and verified users.

All verified accounts are marked with a blue badge "Verified." The badge is located at the bottom of the user's account.

To report an inappropriate picture or a fake profile, please do the following:

• Go to “Finder”/"Activity";
• Open the user’s profile;
• Scroll up;
• Tap “Block or report user”, choose the reason, or explain your report through the “Other” option;
• Our moderation team will receive and check your report as soon as possible. Thank you for the help!

Please note that you can report a user through the chat with them by tapping 3 dots in the top-right corner and then following the previous instruction.
