There are two ways to block or report someone on Hily: from their profile or from your chat.
From Their Profile:
- Go to the person's profile
- Scroll to the very bottom
- Tap 🚫 Block/Report
- Select what happened from the list of reasons
From Your Chat:
- Open the chat with the person
- Tap the 🚫 icon in the top right corner
- Choose Block and Report
- Select what happened from the list of reasons
What Happens Next?
Every report gets reviewed by our moderation team. Those are real people, not bots, working 24/7. We carefully look into each case to keep the platform safe and respectful for everyone. Depending on what we find, the person might get a warning or get banned right away.
Rest assured:
- Your report is completely anonymous
- The person you reported won't know who reported them or when
Our support team might reach out to them for more info or verification if needed
